its vibrancy, late flowering season and floriferous nature, Jenny Dwarf
Aster has become a carefree, compact favorite of gardeners everywhere.
They use this versatile beauty throughout the landscape: as a ground
cover, in border fronts, as edging along walkways, and even in
containers placed on patios and porches. It yields countless,
daisy-like, 1½" blooms with an intense carmine-pink coloration that
brightens any area. They start arriving in late summer and continue
through fall's first frost, just as most flowers have faded from view.
The narrow, dark green leaves of this low-growing aster form a tight,
neat mound that sets off its brilliant blooms. Perennializes well to
reliably return in greater numbers year after year. Combines easily with
