A very welcome guest in the garden lily world. Fusion is raised from a cross between two species Lilies: Lilium pardalinum from America and Lilium longiflorum from Japan. Until recently it was not possible to unite these two species with each other but thanks to modern breeding techniques a fusion finally succeeded. It looks like Fusion is an excellent, easy to grow, Lily for the garden. Her color resembles Lilium pardalinum but certainly with larger flowers and a stronger color. The blossoms are nicely widely spaced which makes her even more decorative. A splendid Lily to have in our assortment. Bulb size 16/18+ cm in circumference.
